We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, name) and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We also collect usage data such as login times and feature usage to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Argus service, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your tracking data (clicks, conversions, campaign data) is stored on your dedicated VPS instance. Only you have access to this data. Account information (email, billing) is stored on our infrastructure with encryption at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Hetzner Cloud for server infrastructure, and email service providers for transactional emails. Each processes only the minimum data necessary for their function.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, data portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Your tracker instance and all tracking data on your VPS is deleted when your subscription ends and the grace period expires.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
