1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Argus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Argus provides cloud-hosted ad tracking software on dedicated virtual private servers. The service includes campaign tracking, reporting, optimization tools, and related features as described on our website.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer pro-rated refunds for unused time on annual plans. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Argus for: illegal activities, distributing malware, sending spam, violating intellectual property rights, attempting to access other users' data, or any activity that could damage the service or other users.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Argus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Argus and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Your tracking data remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Argus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service.
